Did you spend this past weekend partying like it's 2003 or 1883? If you're like me, maybe you did a bit of both. Freakier Friday, the long-awaited sequel to the iconic Disney teen comedy, finally arrived 22 years after the original. Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis reunite for another mother-daughter body-swap that mixes nostalgia, heart, and laughs. And this time, there are even a few nods to Lohan's other films, like The Parent Trap and Mean Girls. We spoke to the film's director, Nisha Ganatra, about literally bringing the band back together. If, instead, you prefer the 19th century over the early aughts, Sunday night's season 3 finale of The Gilded Age likely had your attention. The episode finally revealed the fate of "Railroad Daddy" George Russell; more trouble brewing for his wife, Bertha; and some surprising news from their daughter, Gladys. (Thankfully, the show is already renewed for a fourth season.) For even more time-travel, check out Outlander: Blood of My Blood, a new prequel to the widely beloved series. Or forgo the time-hopping altogether for a little dark sorcery, courtesy of the new season of Wednesday.
