I don't know what spell these streaming services are under lately, but I hope it doesn't break anytime soon. The last few weeks of TV releases from Netflix, HBO, and Prime Video have been stuffed with conversation-starting, eyebrow-raising moments: With every new episode, The Summer I Turned Pretty makes the Team Conrad vs. Team Jeremiah debate more contentious. Even The Gilded Age has tossed some surprising twists into the mix. Then there's Netflix's absurd new murder mystery, The Hunting Wives, in which a group of MAGA-coded socialites find themselves caught in a web of affairs (and homicides). If you're as eager to talk about that cliffhanger ending as we are, you won't want to miss our interview with Hunting Wives star Malin Åkerman, who breaks down "Margo's breaking point" in the finale. Elsewhere, we're diving into the Sofia Carson-led romance My Oxford Year; taking a peek at Meryl Streep's Devil Wears Prada 2 gowns; and taking Jenny Han's career advice.
